Course introductionTo provide an introduction in an important branch of Applied Mathematics and provide background for the more advanced course Control Theory II.
Expected learning outcomeSubject overviewReview of linear systems and transforms, feedback control, stability of feedback systems, diagrams, transfer functions, introduction to non-linear systems.

Prerequisites for participating in the exam
None
Assessment and marking:
If taken as a reading course, graded oral examination: if taken as regular course, graded written examination, in both cases with external evaluation. Marks according to the 13-point. marking scale. You are not allowed to bring computers to the examination.
Expected working hours
The teaching method is based on three phase model.
Kan tages enten som læsekursus eller almindeligt kursus med forelæsninger (25 timer) og eksaminatorier (25 timer).

This course is taught in English, if international students participate. Otherwise the course is taught in Danish.
Remarks
The course is compulsory for international master´s students of Computer Systems Engineering.
