Course introduction
To provide an introduction in an important branch of Applied Mathematics and provide background for the more advanced course Control Theory II.

Expected learning outcome


Subject overview
Review of linear systems and transforms, feedback control, stability of feedback systems, diagrams, transfer functions, introduction to non-linear systems.

None

Assessment and marking:
If taken as a reading course, graded oral examination: if taken as regular course, graded written examination, in both cases with external evaluation. Marks according to the 13-point marking scale.

Expected working hours
The teaching method is based on three phase model.
