AM37must be passed. Semi-compulsory Ph.D-studerende: DM02 and DM03 is recommended

Course introduction
To familiarise participants with problems and advanced techniques for computer vision.

Expected learning outcome


Subject overview
Acquisition, representation, transformation, preprocessing and analysis of digital images. Image understanding, segmentation, morphology, pattern recognition, Fourier methods, and computer vision.

Prerequisites for participating in the exam
None

Assessment and marking:
Graded approval of a project report with external evaluation. Marks according to the 13-point marking scale.

The teaching method is based on three phase model.
