Course introductionExpected learning outcomeAt the end of the course the student is expected to be able to:
- explain morphology, anatomy and physiology of a selected organism or group of organisms
- describe relationship between structure and function
- describe how the organism has adapted to the environment
- explain phylogenetic relationships and evolution of the organism
- find relevant literature about the organism
- select and structure relevant information related to the above mentioned subjects
- describe the subjects in writing and in oral communications

The teaching method is based on three phase model.
Projektarbejde, hvor valget af organisme/gruppe kan variere efter de studerendes interesse. Der tilstræbes størst mulig selvstændighed af de studerende. Kurset er baseret på selvstændige litteraturstudier, iagttagelser og øvelser.
Der udarbejdes en rapport, som skal fremlægges mundtligt i et seminar.
