Course introductionExpected learning outcomeAt the end of the course the students will have obtained a basic insight into population genetics, ecology, and evolution, overall denoted population biology, in order to be able to use the obtained knowledge in relevant contexts for
• understanding and describing the importance of mechanisms in population genetics
• understanding and describing the importance of mechanisms in population ecology
• understanding and describing the importance of basic evolutionary mechanisms
• identifying and applying the most important concepts in population biology
• critically analysing and mediating results population research
