Apply the Law for Environmental Protection and the Law for Land Use in solving problems concerning permissions to activities that lead to emission of pollutants or noise.
Establish a control programme for such activities.
Explain the technical background for choice of control parameters.
Reason about the administrative levels that can be responsible for decissions in relation to the Law for Environmental Protection.

Written exam, graded on the 7-step scale. Internal censorship.
Re-examination after 2nd quarter.
