Information: Vi vil bo og arbejde på feltstationen ved Lago di Candagno, Schweiz. Pris for rejsen er 950 kr.
Feltkurset i Schweiz ligger i uge 26

Prerequisites:
None

Academic preconditions:
Bachelor degree in biology, chemistry, or geology. You must have attended either BB829 Aquatic chemistry or BB201 Aquatic Microbial and Molecular Ecology. Furthermore you must have attended BB830 Geobiology or BB828 Aquatic chemistry.

Course introduction
Based on the information gained in the preceding Elite Module courses, this course gives the students the opportunity to design and implement their own research project within the natural environments presented at Lake Cadagno, Switzerland.

Expected learning outcome
At the end of the course the students should be able to:
• design a doable project within Lake Cadagno or the surrounding environment
• implement the techniques necessary to conduct the proposed research project and assemble the data into a coherent understanding of some aspect of the natural system

Subject overview
This course does not have a specific subject content. It is up to the students to design a research project based on their interest and on what they have learned during the other courses of the elite module.

Assessment and marking:
Lab. work. Pass/fail and internal evaluation by teacher.
