Academic preconditions:
Organic Chemistry B (KO 03) and Inorganic Chemistry A (KU 03) must be passed.

Course introduction
To obtain knowledge of a variety of synthetic techniques and methods.

Expected learning outcome


Subject overview
A number of methods are used, of which the students knowledge and experience is so far limited, e.g. syntheses in inert atmosphere, syntheses with small amounts of substances, highly reactive compounds, organometallic compounds etc.

Assessment and marking:
Approval of laboratory journal. Student presentation. Passed/not passed.

The teaching method is based on three phase model.
