Kursusintroduktion
This practice-oriented course explores what business development is (not), what business developers do, and what characterizes good, structured and effective business development. The aim is on preparing a professional business plan based on the participants' actual business idea based on e.g. applied research results, own ideas, or growth opportunity from an existing firm.

Rather than exploring theoretical depth, the course focuses on a generalist perspective on integrating knowledge from specialist disciplines and applying this in actual business development and innovation management context. The skills and tools acquired are directly applicable to the science context, for example in developing research proposals, managing a research group, and organizing an international research project, etc.
